The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, at the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total amount of the order.

The expenses will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can review how much the shipping costs amount to before finalizing the purchase.
www.veterifarma.com will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as for fortuitous cases or force majeure.

The shipment of the purchased items will be made by a specialized transport company, within an approximate period of 48 working days from the placing of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the type of products marketed by VETERIFARMA, the exception established in art. 103 section d) of RD 1/2007, which makes express reference to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Products purchased
a www.veterifarma.com have a limited best-before date, as well as certain storage conditions. Due to its nature, there is no option to return the product from acceptance to receipt.
If the product is defective, the customer will return it free of charge and we will proceed to refund the cost of the product to the same account that was paid.
